Silicon Investigations repairs the venerable IFR (Aeroflex & Marconi) AN920 series spectrum analyzers.

These analyzers were notorious for having display problems and failed power supplies.  We stock refurbished display modules, power supplies, and all major boards and assemblies.

We also occasionally have complete refurbished units available for sale.  they are a great value for their capabilities.  The AN920 versions sell for approximately $2150 (depending on options and cosmetic condition) with warranty.  Please email us for availability.
