The HP (Agilent, Keysight) 4140B pA Meter / DC Voltage Source component
measurement system
consisting of an extremely stable picoampere meter and two
programmable DC voltage sources. The 4140B is ideal for making DC
characteristic measurements such as leakage current, current/voltage
characteristics, and quasi - static C-V measurements. Silicon
Investigations repairs the 4140B and also buys non working
instruments. Occasionally we also have refurbished instruments

are known for power supply failures as well as failures in the pA
