Silicon Investigations HP (Agilent, Keysight) 4194A Impedance/Gain Phase Analyzer Repair Service

The HP (Agilent, Keysight) 4194A impedance/gain phase analyzer is an integrated solution for the efficient measurement and analysis of components and circuits.  The test frequency range is 100Hz to 40Mhz for impedance measurements and 10Hz to 100Mhz for gain phase measurements.  Silicon Investigations repairs these analyzers and we stock most common assemblies.  In addition, we purchase non working machines and sell refurbished analyzers.  Current prices for used machines range from $5000 to $8500, depending on options and cosmetic condition.  Please contact us for more information.

The HP (Agilent, Keysight) 4194A analyzers are known to have problems with the power supplies, null detector subassembly, IF amp assembly, front panel buttons, and display system.  Replacement assemblies can usually be delivered from stock.  Please contact us with your requirements.

CAUTION: if your machine is not functioning correctly and the screen is blank and the led lights on the front panel are unresponsive or blink randomly - turn the machine off immediately.  We have recently seen a failure where the processor is running randomly causing further damage to the machine.
